Tender Invitation for services related to the upcoming NAAC Peer Team Visit
Sealed quotations are invited from reputed suppliers/vendors for the supply of services and items listed below. The details of the requined services/items are as follows:
- Conveyance from 24h - 26h November, 2024.
- Refreshments.
- Photography/Videography
- Cultural Programmes.
- Printing & Binding including Office Stationery Items.
- Cleaning of College Campus.
- Flower, Garlanding, and Decoration Services.
Terms & Conditions:
- The quotation Should be submitted in a sealed clearly marked as "Quotation for Supply of Services/ltems" and addressed to the undersigned.
- Quotations must include the vendor's complete contact information, GST details (if applicable), and be duly signed
- The last date for submission of the quotation is 19 November, 2024 by 12 PM.
- Vendors are requested to quote their best competitive prices, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, if any
- The college reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
- Interested vendors are hereby requested to submit Quotations in the given format (Annexure -I) in the official letter head of their respective agencies.
